  - Full name and email address (account registration)

  - Financial data you enter: income sources, fixed expenses, budget periods, transactions, and category limits

  - Messages sent through our Contact Support form

 

  Information collected automatically:

  - App usage events (screens visited, features used) via Firebase Analytics

  - Crash reports and error logs via Sentry

  - Push notification tokens via OneSignal (only if you grant permission)

  - Device type, OS version, and app version for diagnostic purposes

 

  Information we do NOT collect:

  - Your actual bank account numbers or financial institution credentials

  - Payment card information

  - Precise or approximate location (this string is required by iOS but Finolid does not actively collect your location)

  We use the information we collect to:

  - Create and manage your Finolid account

  - Provide and improve the budgeting and transaction features

  - Send you push notifications about your financial activity (only if you opt in)

  - Diagnose crashes and fix bugs

  - Understand how users interact with the app to improve the experience

  We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

  Your financial data is stored on our secure servers. We use industry-standard security practices including:

  - JWT-based authentication with automatic token expiration

  - Optional biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) stored locally on your device — we never have access to your biometric data

  We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the app, your personal information is archived

  and removed from active systems within 30 days.

  - Correct inaccurate information

  - Delete your account and associated data (available directly in the app under Profile → Remove Account)

  - Export your data upon request

  Finolid is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
